This privacy policy describes how Solvarc processes your personal data in connection with your use of the website www.solvarc-consulting.com.

Solvarc limits the collection of Data to what is strictly necessary, such as:

  • Data relating to your professional profile when you contact us, such as your needs, availability, skills and expectations.

When you contact Solvarc, your Data is processed, on the basis of Solvarc’s legitimate interest, for the purposes of managing and processing the customer relationship and incidents.

3. How long is data retained?

Data is retained for the period strictly necessary for data processing.
It is not retained beyond 5 years from your last contact with Solvarc.

4. With whom is your data shared?

Data is only disclosed within Solvarc to those persons whose activity justifies access to the Data, for example the Human Resources Department.

It is only shared with Solvarc’s service providers and customers when necessary, for example, for technical hosting purposes, only on Solvarc’s instructions and strictly for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

Transfer of your data outside the European Union. Solvarc intends to preserve the confidentiality and security of the personal data it processes and endeavours to implement all organisational and technical measures aimed at protecting their integrity and confidentiality.

You may access the Data concerning you, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your Data as well as your right to object to Data processing based on your consent.
